Natural Elements Lawn & Landscape Inc. was formed to serve its clients to achieve the best living space from their outdoor environments. This space, using native designs and products, gives back to nature and the environment…while engaging the owner and their family!
Conceived by Jack Evans at the turn of the millennium, he started the company as primarily a lawn service entity, but quickly steered his efforts away from chemical-laden lawn treatments to become a hybrid of native-based landscaping and contentious lawn maintenance. Natural Elements’ goal is to keep overhead low. This allows him to design what the customer wants, not design around what we have in stock! In doing so, Natural Elements can keep costs down and perform services as a lean and responsive company.
Jack Evans
Jack grew up dirty. Raised on a on a dairy farm in western Wisconsin, along with normal chores… Jack “weeded” his Mom’s garden, but wasn’t all too fond of it. However; he was fond of the joy in watching things grow and helping them along when necessary, whether in the field or garden. That enjoyment of growing plants and nurturing the soil was a great starting point and eventual launching of a Natural Elements Lawn & Landscape in Lakeville, Minnesota.
Along with continuous horticultural, herbicide, fertilizer, and hardscape education, Jack is a member as a member of the Minnesota Nursery & Landscape Association, (MNLA). This membership teams well with Jack’s memberships in various chamber organizations in the South metro. Jack is also licensed in herbicide, fertilizer, and pesticide applications. In addition, his hands-on approach and professional background includes extensive customer service experience and a drive to please clients…while giving back to our home, earth!

Designer
Kristin has a deep passion for beautifying the ordinary landscape. Constantly pushing to include innovative conservation practices and plants, Kristin strives to create unique designs for our customers and will for you! She has been a landscape designer for over four years, and holds a completed a degree in Horticulture and Landscape Design.
She is committed to environmentally savvy landscapes that include the use of native plants, water gardens, irrigation-free landscapes, and low-impact materials. Kristin will help you create a healthy, low-maintenance, environmentally friendly, beautiful yard.
Kristin is an MNLA Certified Professional.
Heavy Soil Work
Nate is an independent contractor who has 22 of experience with soil grading, water and drainage corrections, outcropper installations, and boulder walls. He performs the “Bull-work” under design guidance from Jack and Kristin using heavy and medium-duty equipment. Our work does not disappoint!
Concrete Experience
Lowell is Natural Element's sole concrete professional on staff. With over 35 years of concrete experience and excellent results, we are primed to provide you with the perfect patio, drive, walkway...or whatever you need. Anyone can lay concrete and do it cheap. Natural Elements does not do a cheap job. We do a thoughtful, great, job at a fair price.
Our projects are designed and installed to keep you happy for years to come. Our goal, to only come back for coffee, cookies, and referrals...not re-dos and repairs. Our customer's have confidence that their concrete will be unique, customized, based correctly, re-enforced wonderfully, and stress-cut adequately to performs well as can be in our harsh Minnesota climate.
