We can help you to prevent the Emerald Ash Borer from killing your Ash trees!  We advocate using injections directly into the truck for these reasons:

 

  • Injecting allows for direct pesticide uptake into and throughout the tree, unlike soil and foliar applications.
  • Injecting limits pollution to your home and family, unlike soil and foliar applications.
  • On-going studies show that injecting provides at least three years of protection, unlike soil and foliar applications.
  • And, as an added bonus, some other insect pests are also held at bay with these treatments.

Shrub and Small Tree Trimming

Natural Elements will perform your shrub and small tree trimming. By using lopers, hand tools, select hand and machine shears, and a lot of patience…we can usually get your plants back to a more natural look and feel. Our tree trimming is restricted to what we can reach with a pole saw. If there are higher or more hazardous limbs to be addressed, we use a very select arborist whose interest is in the tree’s health. As with all of our trimming projects, we strive to trim when plants are least likely to be damaged, usually in dormancy or after flowering, if possible.

Buckthorn infestation is a real challenge for most homeowners with a tree'd lot, here in Minnesota.  Natural Elements will gladly provide complete identification and help you to plan a removal and treatment strategy for your infested woodland. We advocate tear-out, stump treatment, and re-planting of natives for an optimal woodland restoration.
